Clearance prices
We charge whole rooms per m³ of junk and single pieces of furniture by our price list.
Whole rooms? We charge per m³ of junk.
For basement, attic or flat clearances we don't count every item. We estimate how much space your junk takes up and charge per cubic metre of junk, not by the size of the room. Furniture, boxes and odds and ends are included. You get the exact price as a fixed quote.
Estimate it yourself: the floor area your junk covers × the height of the pile. A 4 m² basement storage room filled about 1 m high holds roughly 4 m³ of junk, so about CHF 440.
Bags, bundles and materials
Including carrying from any floor, transport and disposal. There is a minimum charge of CHF 90 per pickup. You'll find all furniture prices on the prices page.

Frequently asked questions about clearances
What does a house clearance cost in Zurich?
We charge whole rooms by volume: CHF 110 per m³ of junk, furniture, boxes and odds and ends included. Single items are charged by our price list. Carrying from any floor is included.
Once you've described the job, you get a fixed quote. There is a minimum charge of CHF 90 per pickup.
Do I need to be there?
Not necessarily. If access is arranged, we can collect without you and send you photos of the cleared rooms afterwards.
Can you leave the flat broom-clean?
Yes. If your lease requires a broom-clean (besenrein) handover, mention it in your request and we'll plan for it.
What don't you take?
We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals or gas bottles. Let us know in your request if there's anything like that and we'll tell you where to take it.
How soon can you do the clearance?
That depends on how busy we are. With Express we can collect as early as the next working day, depending on availability (+CHF 30).
